Anhydrous Milk Fat(AMF) is obtained from milk by the removal
of water and non-fat solids. It is essentially pure milk fat, with the moisture
content reduced to less than 0.5%.
AMF is commonly used in commercial food production,
especially in industries where concentrated milk fat is required. It offers a
convenient way to incorporate milk fat into different recipes while providing a
consistent flavor and texture.
